Rocco is a Registered Builder and has gained an honourable reputation in the building industry, with over 40 years of committed involvement in the commercial & residential sectors.
He has been actively involved with in excess of $1B worth of projects over his career, with projects including but not limited to, boutique residential housing, multi-dwelling developments, retirement villages, medical surgeries, large-scale tilt panel construction, community centres, large-scale commercial refurbishments, cafes and restaurants.
Rocco is renowned for his work ethic, passion for building, and commitment to professionalism and integrity. His drive is always to reach greater heights and he maintains a focus on strategic growth, building relationships, and sustaining Lumbaca Group Project’s ongoing track record of uncompromising excellence and success.
Anthony Lumbaca

Anthony combines his academic and social background with comprehensive technical knowledge gained on the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects.
Anthony co-founded Lumbaca Group in 2009, building the company from the ground up to deliver a high standard of service and quality finish to each and every project, and aligning with the organisation’s strategic growth objectives.
With over 20 years of multidisciplinary project experience, Anthony actively engages in each project and has developed an eagerness to tackle all challenges head on, with a passion to employ new and innovative project methodologies. He adopts a holistic approach to construction delivery, has a solution-focused work ethic, and encourages positive collaboration between all project stakeholders in order to deliver projects that successfully articulate the client’s vision.
